Tekstraton is seeking a high-caliber Enterprise Information Security Officer to oversee and execute our enterprise-wide cybersecurity vision on-site in Calgary, AB. In this critical leadership role, you will champion information assurance, design comprehensive governance frameworks, and protect high-value digital and operational assets across Canadian infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and manage a proactive enterprise information security strategy aligned with corporate growth and industry regulatory standards.
- Oversee cyber defense operations, comprehensive threat hunting, and modern incident response protocols to eliminate operational disruption.
- Establish and maintain continuous compliance with leading security standards including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and Canadian data privacy mandates (PIPEDA).
- Lead security architecture reviews across enterprise cloud networks, on-premises infrastructure, and enterprise software stacks.
- Direct third-party risk assessments, enterprise business continuity planning, and company-wide security culture initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of dedicated technical security experience, including at least 4 years in an enterprise security leadership or direct governance capacity.
- Current premier industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCISO.
- Deep understanding of securing complex enterprise systems, hybrid cloud topologies (AWS/Azure), and zero-trust paradigms.
- Demonstrated expertise managing incident response lifecycles, risk management matrices, and audit remediation programs.
- Superb executive communication capabilities, with a mandatory requirement to be based full-time on-site in Calgary, AB.
