Tektend LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our engineering team in San Jose, CA on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex, scalable solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura frameworks.
- Design and implement robust REST and SOAP integrations linking Salesforce with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, architecture, and business teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize system performance, establish technical standards, and enforce secure coding and governance best practices.
- Manage source control, code reviews, and automated deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and data modeling.
- Proven track record building end-to-end API integrations and managing complex data migrations.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
