Mandatory Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in IBM DataStage (Development + Admin)

Seeking a Lead DataStage Engineer with strong development and administrative expertise to own ETL platform delivery, lead support operations, and drive stability, performance, and continuous improvement across data integration systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DataStage support engineers
- Own end-to-end DataStage ETL platform (development, administration, and support)
- Design, develop, and enhance ETL jobs and workflows
- Administer DataStage (user roles, security, deployments, and migrations)
- Troubleshoot job failures across DataStage and Unix environments
- Drive incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and debug shell scripts and Python-based automation
- Manage Control-M (job monitoring, failure handling, scheduling, agent upgrades)
- Configure SAP/Unix jobs, calendars, and workload policies
- Support Gentran (maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts, Java programs, SQL procedures)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Define and enforce best practices for ETL development, release, and support
